*Exhibitor tables include: 1 table, 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor passes for first table booked, plus 1 extra chair & pass for each additional table.
Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to cancel any booking.
Table Top Vendor: A traditional seller, who displays and sells their products from a table display.
Backing Table: A table used to increase the depth of your front table selling space.
End of Row Table: This means a table that’s the end of a row and beside a walkway (more footfall and visibility)
Upon booking confirmation and acceptance, payment will be required upon receipt of invoice. If you require a payment plan, please contact, otherwise any invoices not completed within 72 hours of issue will be cancelled, and the space reallocated.
Additional info for events held at the SEC:
*Only pre-approved exhibitors can sell food and drink items from their stands (including packaged sweets and drinks). If you intend to sell food and/or drinks items at these events, then please ensure you indicate this below and we will be in touch with you directly to discuss.
*If you require the use of clothing rails intended for public browsing, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
