Welcome to the Cosplay City Championship UK

The C3 Cosplay City Championship is a handmade craftmanship cosplay competition comprised of a series of qualifying events leading to the grand finale at EPIC Comic Con in Glasgow. Established in 2013 it is the longest running cosplay contest in Scotland and was inaugurated into a championship in 2023.

Registration is free to enter for all cosplayers. Entries for the 2026 EPIC Comic Con Qualifier is now open!

Each qualifier has four categories to qualify in:

Apprentice

For the best newcomer with less than three years competitive cosplay experience.
Fabric Master

For the best entrant which has exceptional sewing & seamstress skills
Forge Master

For the best entrant which has exceptional prop/armour craftsmanship
Super Star

For the best overall cosplay and performance, showing exceptional skills in all parts of their cosplay

Winning a qualifier grants you access into the final of the cosplay competition, hosted at EPIC Comic Con in Glasgow. Finalists will compete for the following categories:
