Apply for an Exhibitor Table at GlasGhost

We are looking for exhibitors for our new Halloween family show, GLASghost which is taking place at the SEC, 24 -26 October. The event is broken into 11 timed slots, 1hr 45mins for each experience across the weekend from Friday evening onwards. From w/c 22nd September you will see our advertising campaign go live with bus rears, subway posters, digital and a TV campaign with STV.

We are seeking applications for the Trick or Treat Vendors Alley. Vending pitches are limited to a TOTAL of 21 individual pitch spots, showcasing a variety of Halloween themed merch and treats and we are looking specifically for vendors who can demonstrate that what they sell fits within this criteria.

TRADING TIMES

• Fri 24 OCT: 5pm - 9pm (2 Shows)

• Sat 25 OCT: 11am - 9pm (5 Shows)

• Sun 26 OCT: 11am - 7pm (4 Shows)

PITCH INFO

• Table Top Vendor Trading pitch - 1.8m (w) x 2.5m (d), (6ft x 8ft)

• includes 1 table (6ft x 2.5ft) + 1 chair

• Trading Pitch - £450 +VAT

ONLY Apply If you meet the following criteria

1. More than 60% of your products must be themed Spooky/Halloween/Halloween adjacent. This is NOT a Horror event, and as such, no items themed for adult audiences should be on sale. It is a family audience for all ages.

2. You are a food vendor - specifically we are looking for a fudge vendor, sweetie vendor and possible marshmallow/ specific Halloween treats (think toffee apples etc)

Applications must be with us by this Friday (19th September) and successful vendors will be notified by email on Monday 23rd September and invoiced thereafter.
